A. We always strive to verify your order using the Vehicle Identification Number using the Honda Parts Catalog before its shipped to you. We will ALWAYS make it right for you if we make a mistake. 😊
Q. What happens if I order the wrong part?
A. Returns are easy with us. Please review the return policy on our homepage.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. We ship parts SAME business day if the complete order is in our local inventory. If the order has items sourced from American Honda’s facing Parts center, the completed order items will ship the following day to you if ordered before 2pm Central time. Some orders will be “cross-shipped” by American Honda from a distant warehouse. We will ship to you as soon as the part arrives at our facility. Typically all orders are shipped within a week no matter which warehouse the parts come from.
Q. What happens if I need to return or exchange a part?
A. Call or email us to let us know you wish to return or exchange the item. All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee. The return shipping expense is your responsibility.
Q. What if the part is broken or damaged during shipping?
A. We always strive to package your items securely for shipping. Unfortunately the shipping carriers sometimes damage an item. We will work with you to replace the item and make the exchange easy. We always will require pictures of the damage and packaging to file a claim with the carrier.
Q. What do I do if I receive a damaged part?
A. Notify us immediately. We will require Pictures of the packaging and the damaged item. We will replace the part as soon as possible.
Q. What is a VIN and why do I need it?
A. Your Vehicle Identification Number tells us everything about your vehicle, from engine codes to interior color to the day it was built. To ensure you order the correct part or accessory for your vehicle, we recommend entering your VIN number into our search bar when ordering.
Q. Where can I find my Honda VIN?
A. The easiest place to find your vehicles VIN is on your insurance card, but you can also find it on your registration or on the driver's door jam or at the base of the windshield on the driver's side. Once you have your VIN, you can enter it into our free Honda VIN Decoder if you'd like to see important information about your Honda such as engine type and trim level.
Q. Do you ship auto parts outside the US?
A. We ship to USA Addresses and US Military APO Addresses. No International shipments.
Q. Do you offer express/expedited shipping?
A. We offer Ground shipment methods only.
Q. What shipping methods do you offer?
A. We offer USPS Priority mail and FedEx Ground / Home shipments. Most packages arrive within a few days anywhere in the USA.
Q. Can I track my package?
A. We send you complete tracking information via email for your shipment as soon as the order is processed and packed. Your order’s shipping tracking number is also located on the Track Order page on our website, and your order’s tracking information is located on the carrier’s website:
1. Locate your order number from the order confirmation email you received
2. Go to our website’s main Track Order page
3. Enter your email address and order number in the appropriate text fields
4. Click on the Order Status button to go to hour Order Status page
Your Order Status page will provide you with the details of your order, including the carrier, your shipping tracking number and ship date—if your order has shipped. To get your order’s tracking information, click on your order tracking number from your Order Status page to review your order’s shipping status on the carrier’s website.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
Q. How do you protect my credit card information?
A. All payments are processed using the secure Authorize.net banking gateway at checkout. We do not accept payment info over the phone, or in emails. We never collect your card numbers or information.
Q. What do I do if I need to cancel my order?
A. Call or email us with your order number to cancel. We can cancel the order until it has shipped. After shipment has occurred, follow the return policy.
Q. Do you offer a warranty on parts and accessories?
A. All Genuine Honda Parts and Accessories sold are warranted by American Honda for 12 months on every item, and up to 36 months for Remanufactured parts.
Q. How do replacement parts affect my vehicle’s warranty?
A. All parts sold by Honda Parts Connection are Genuine Honda Parts. Your vehicles Warranty is not affected by these original Equipment replacement parts.
Q. How can I be sure the part I need will fit my vehicle?
A. To ensure you're getting the correct parts and accessories for your vehicle, ALWAYS provide your VIN when placing your order. We will verify your order for fitment and accuracy.

Q. Why are OEM parts better for my vehicle? Can’t I just get a cheaper aftermarket part?
A. We recommend original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts because they were designed specifically by Honda for your Honda vehicle. Honda also backs up their Genuine parts with a one-year warranty. And if you get your car repaired at the dealership, they'll usually stand by their labor as well.
Aftermarket parts on the other hand can be cheaper, but they're also less likely to deliver peak performance. An aftermarket part is any part or accessory for a vehicle that isn’t sourced from American Honda.
Q. How do I tell if the part is for the driver’s side or the passenger’s side?
A. The Drivers Side is always the LEFT side of the vehicle. The Passengers side is always the RIGHT side. If you have a question about the correct part number, please call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Q. What if I want to talk to a real person about my order?
A. We are available during normal business hours to talk with you about any question or issue. Emails are answered as soon as possible during normal business hours.
