Shipping Policies
IMPORTANT NOTICE
CURRENT SHIPPING DELAY: 1- 4 BUSINESS DAYS - We apologize for this inconvenience.
PLEASE NOTE: Online orders must be shipped to your billing address. If you are getting an error during checkout, here's the most common reasons why:
- You entered two different billing and shipping addresses. We can only ship to your card's VERIFIED billing address.
- The billing/shipping address does not match what your issuing bank has on file. The shipping address MUST be an exact match to your card's billing address.
- Your IP address is outside the USA. If you order from outside of the USA, our system will decline your orders.
- Your IP address does not match your location/shipping info. IP address location must match billing/shipping address.
- Missing/Mismatched security code (last 3digit of the card)
- Error during checkout is equivalent to a DECLINED transaction. If you continue to get errors, please call and verify your billing info by calling the phone# on the back of that card. Make sure you have the same info as your bank.
- We can only SHIP to the owner of the card being used. This means the Billing/Shipping name must match the Cardholder's Name.
- Billing/Shipping NAME MUST match the cardholder. If not, we will cancel the order without notification.
Your Billing Info (ex: name/address) MUST MATCH EXACTLY to the credit card billing address used on your order. If you try to process your order with the incorrect information, your bank may hold the funds for the purchase/s even though we DO NOT receive the order. In short, you may see a 'pending' charge on your report but once the billing cycle ends, it will be removed. All Orders that go through our system have a corresponding ORDER# emailed immediately after an order has been placed.
MANUAL VERIFICATION:
In some cases, the order will need to be verified for potential fraud. If this is the case, you will receive an email asking to send proof. Customers who are not able to show proof will have their orders canceled infinitely until orders can be verified. Please keep in mind, we don't ask you for info that we don't already have.
IF YOUR BILLING AND SHIPPING INFO DO NOT MATCH, YOUR ORDER WILL BE MOST LIKELY SUBJECT TO "MANUAL VERIFICATION". THIS MEANS YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SHOW PROOF OF PURCHASE. BEFORE YOU CONTINUE, PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE (CLICK HERE)
- After an order is placed and payment is authorized, for your protection WE will not change the shipping address to a different shipping address.
- We only ship to verified PHYSICAL STREET ADDRESSES matching the BILLING ADDRESS.
- WE DO NOT sell or deliver Remanufactured Transmission assemblies.
- In stock orders typically ship within 1 business day.
- Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
- If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will be shipped to you immediately. Priority 2 Day Shipping means the shipping time starts when we ship the package to you, NOT when you submit the order. We have very little control over when American Honda ships your part to us if it is not in our inventory.
- Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
- Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
- We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
- We do not ship internationally.
- In the event that a part has been placed on back order, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
- If American Honda has Discontinued a part number or is no longer for sale, we will refund your order and notify you of the situation immediately.
- We do not ship COD orders.
- SOME PART NUMBERS MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR SALE DUE TO SIZE OF THE SHIPPING CONTAINER. Some items are too heavy or large to ship economically, or likely to be damaged in shipping ( such as body sheet metal items or bumper covers)
- HondaPartsConnection.com reserves the right to ship with the carrier that is most appropriate for best shipping time and outcomes. We ship UPS Ground ONLY.
- HondaPartsConnection.com is a subsidiary of an American Honda Dealer. We only ship to verified USA Addresses.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to provide accurate shipping ADDRESS and TO SECURE YOUR PACKAGES AT DELIVERY. Once your package leaves our facility, we have NO control over the merchandise. Please be aware of the delivery times stated in your tracking information we send to you. The Security of your merchandise depends on you to collect it from the shipping carrier.
